Shipping

We ship both in-stock and made-to-order items. 

In Stock Items

Items held in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are made to order. 

Please allow 3-7 working days for production before dispatch.   

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and shipping details.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
