Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

In-Stock Items

Items held in stock are eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. 

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are made to order. 

Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns unless the time is faulty. 

Making a Return

To start a return, customers must first contact us at james@ppfffclothing.com with their order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
